Relationship Counselling can help you with any problems in your relationship or just help you to get to know your partner better.
Our counselling services are for everyone. Whether you’re married, single, living together or apart, straight or gay we can help you strengthen your relationships. We work with people regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation, beliefs, disability or ethnicity.
What is Relationship Counselling?
Counselling provides a caring and confidential environment where you can talk over problems and think about ways to approach them.
What sort of issues can counselling help with?
People come to see us for all sorts of reasons.
- You might be having a difficult time with your partner and finding it hard to talk about things
- You might be arguing a lot or even on the verge of breaking up
- You might be happy in your relationship, but want to know how to make sure things stay that way
Whatever the issue, your counsellor will not judge you.
When you attend
You will be seen by a dedicated member of our team at one of our offices. You can come alone or with your partner. Your counsellor will ask you questions about your relationship and what you’d like to get from counselling. They might also talk about any problems you’re facing and what changes you’d like to see happen as well as discuss other support services that you may benefit from.
If you decide to continue with counselling, you and your counsellor will arrange ongoing sessions.
You can work with us for a short time or over the longer term. Our door is always open.
What is the cost of Relationship Counselling?
The average cost of a session is £50. However, we aim to support everybody who comes to us for help and can offer reduced rates if you’re unable to afford the full price.
Don’t wait any longer; see how we can help.
