Counselling provides a non-judgemental environment for clients or patients to receive support and practical help.
For individuals with concerns about their sex life or when someone would like to talk more openly with their partner about sex.
Domestic Abuse Service – Bridging to Change
A programme for men and women who are abusive in their intimate relationship, as well as support for both victims and children.
For separated couples to make arrangements for the future, often discussing children, shared finances and issues affecting divorce.
Separated Parents Information Programme (SPIP)
A short course for parents designed to help them understand how separation affects their children, and to find ways to support them.
Children and Young People’s Counselling
Counselling for children from 5 years upwards to help with issues such as bullying, changes at home, school life and relationships.
Family counselling, for two or more members of a family, to improve communication, address issues or talk during difficult times.
We deliver a range of courses offering practical support to boost parenting skills and improve relationships within families.
