Sometimes life can be difficult.
Sometimes new things can be daunting. Sometimes the path ahead of us is not clear. Whatever the issue, we can help.
Any of the following services may be helpful to you.
Counselling for you and your partner
We offer counselling for you and your partner at all stages of relationships. There may be new problems, ongoing difficulties, or perhaps you’d just like to understand them a little better.
Counselling for You
Counselling gives you time to talk to someone who will listen, offer support and not judge you.
Children and Young People’s Counselling
Counselling can help no matter what is on your mind. You can contact us whether you are a child or young person or if you are a parent or carer. Through counselling you can discuss new issues, ongoing problems, past difficulties, or if you just need a little support. We support children from 5 years upwards.
If your family is going through a difficult time we can support you. Family counselling, for two or more members of a family, improves communication and allows you to address issues or talk during difficult times.
Domestic Abuse Service – Bridging To Change
Bridging to Change is our domestic abuse service. We work with men and women who feel that they may be abusive in their intimate relationship and offer support for both victims and children.
Mediation offers a safe, confidential environment for separated couples to make arrangements for the future, often discussing children, shared finances and issues affecting divorce.
