Family Life Help

Families come in all types, shapes and sizes. Families can be wonderful yet families can also be complicated.

  • Separated Parents Information Programme (SPIP)

The Separated Parents Information Programme (SPIP) is a short course for separated parents, aimed at helping them understand the impact of any ongoing conflict on their children.

The course provides advice and support on how to support your children and make sure that any issues in you and your ex-partner’s relationship aren’t negatively affecting them.

Many parents who take part in the course say that it helps them see things in a different light and view the situation through the eyes of their children.

We welcome people whether they have recently separated or have been apart for years. You should feel free to approach us at any stage, for any issue, whether big or small.
