We're looking for a freelancer to help support our corporate development and fundraising. Could this be you?

Following a successful first two years of fundraising for our charity, our Events Coordinator will be taking maternity leave in August 2019 and we are looking for someone to support with these functions. We're hoping to find a freelance candidate with the relevant experience, skills and contacts to provide support to us for up to twelve months. This role will cover three main areas:

1. Developing our network of corporate supporters

2. Delivering at least one innovative fundraising event in 2019/2020

3. Support with our TLC ball in May 2020, including developing the guestlist and the smooth running of the event on the night.

We are seeking proposals which demonstrate the capacity for this work to be fulfilled within a budget of £5,000. We welcome innovation and are flexible about how the work could be undertaken and delivered across the year.

Proposals should state how the three areas of work would be approached, provide an indicative budget for this and outline the skills and experience of the applicant / organisation.

Deadline for submission of proposals is 5pm on Wednesday 19th June 2019.

We anticipate that candidates will then be invited for a short interview on the afternoon of Monday 24th June at our Manchester Office.

For further discussion please contact Emily Williams, Head of Development for TLC on 07715 640599 or via email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
