We are currently recruiting for Case Managers to join our Perpetrator Pilot Programme - Drive.
The role requires dedicated, driven individuals with a belief in perpetrator behaviour change, and a range of experience in the domestic abuse sector, to join our Perpetrator pilot programme - Drive.
As a Case Manager you will strive to make contact and work on a one to one basis with perpetrators whose victims have been identified as high risk at MARAC to pro-actively secure engagement, influence attitudinal and behavioural change and link to complementary services.

Although not essential we are strongly seeking to recruit candidates who are fluent in speaking an additional language for some of these roles.

Key Role Details:
Fixed Term until 31st December 2021 (with the possibility of a further extension)
Full-time - 37 hours per week
£30,451 - £33,782 per annum
Manchester and Salford, however due to Covid-19 restrictions this role is currently predominately home based
Includes annual continued professional development allowance, annual leave entitlement and birthday leave
