Due to our department expansion we are looking for a Case Manager for our Drive project
The Drive Case Manager will strive to make contact and work on a one-to-one basis with perpetrators whose victims have been identified as high risk at MARAC to pro-actively secure engagement, influence attitudinal and behavioural change and link to complementary services. To do this, the Case Manager will work with existing local agencies to design a co-ordinated, strategic individual intervention plan to address identified needs and risks and promote understanding of the impact of abusive behaviours. Throughout the intervention the Case Manager will work closely with the IDVA service to review risk, develop safety plans and improve outcomes for all parties involved.
The Case Manager will be responsible over the long term for delivering outcomes, working for typically 10 months to achieve behaviour change with each service user.
Key Role Details:
12-month fixed term contract, with the possibility of a further extension
Full time: 37 hours per week
£30,451 - £33,782 per year
Location: We value the importance of flexible working. Our services are a hybrid of virtual and in person delivery. This role can be home based or in our Head Office.
