Due to our department expansion we are looking for a Project Manager for our Make A Change (MAC) project.
To manage the operational, financial and strategic delivery of Make a Change Projects. This role will require:
- the effective management of case workers in providing a high-quality frontline service to the perpetrators of domestic abuse
- liaising with survivor safety workers, reporting and where needed, advocacy work.
- support the delivery of our work with communities, organisations and professionals through outreach, training, workshops and the provision of specialist advice.
- working collaboratively with the Respect Regional Practice Lead and local commissioners to maximise the impact of the service
To support the development of the local strategic direction of the service and take a key role in the local domestic abuse strategy partnerships.
Key Role Details:
Fixed term until March 2025
Part time: 18.5 hours a week
£30,451 pro rata per annum
Location: We value the importance of flexible working. Our services are a hybrid of virtual and in person delivery. This role can be home based or in our Head Office.
