Due to our department expansion we are looking for a Facilitator to join our behaviour change work with Domestic Abuse perpetrators.

 Job Purpose:   

To undertake individual sessions and group work with men and women who are participating in the Domestic Abuse Prevention Programme (DAPP).  To liaise with referring agencies, actively contribute to risk management procedures and team working. These roles will include working with clients through individual programme delivery as well as group work services.

 Key Role Details:

  • 12 months fixed term contract with the possibility of an extension

  • Full time: 37 hours

  • £25,378 pro rata per annum

  • Location: We value the importance of flexible working. Our services are a hybrid of virtual and in person delivery. This role can be home based or in our Head Office. 

  • Annual Continuous Professional Development allowance

  • Birthday leave

  • Living Wage Accredited Employer
