We are currently recruiting for Children & Young People's Counsellors. Could this be you?

We are looking for an experienced, independent, self-motivated young people’s counsellor to join our team providing counselling to pupils in secondary education.

The Counsellor will work on The Right Angle project which is a collaborative project between ourselves and The Tutor Trust in supporting children who are at risk of exclusion, in alternative provision, or who are looked after or have a social care plan. Both organisations have long histories of supporting young people to make meaningful and lasting changes to their lives: The Tutor Trust through tuition and TLC: Talk, Listen, Change through Counselling and therapy.

We are excited that The Right Angle is now beginning its fourth year supporting vulnerable young people to reach their full potential, helping them lead happier, healthier lives, through the benefits of combining academic and emotional support.

Candidates must have a Level 5 counselling qualification or a post graduate counselling qualification plus additional specialist training or relevant work experience to work young people.
