Working alongside Greater Manchester Police, the STRIVE project trains volunteers to work in communities to empower people to make informed decisions.

Strive is a Greater Manchester initiative led by the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner. Strive is a multi-agency response to improve the support given to families who have been visited by the police due to a low level domestic incident where no crime has been logged.

TLC: Talk, Listen, Change is proud to support Strive across a number of areas in Greater Manchester. We also support through the delivery of our ‘Striving to Change’ Motivation and Awareness Assessment in Manchester, Oldham, Rochdale and Tameside. This service aims to create an awareness of unhealthy relationships and support individuals in working towards changing their behaviour.

We also deliver services within the community supported by our volunteer networks in Stockport and Trafford.
