Help us to help people across the North West.
As a charity, we run a number of different services and projects designed to support people with their mental wellbeing, their relationships and difficulties going on in their lives.
However - we cannot do this alone.
Whilst we deliver services to some fantastic organisations, in partnership with other charities and work to secure funding to deliver essential services, public support of our mission is key. It not only helps raise awareness of the work we do, but helps us to support more people.
How can you help?
There are many different ways you can support us and we don't take a one size fits all approach! From fundraising and volunteering to sharing our message or making a direct donation, it all genuinely adds up. Below we've listed some top ways of how you can join us on our mission to ensure everyone has access to essential relationship support.
You can make a direct donation to our organisation using Paypal or Just Giving, or set up monthly donations via Just Giving.
This year we wanted to do something a little different to raise funds in the run up to Christmas. It's not "Charity Cards" or "Charity Socks" but completely personalised graphic illustrations of you, a loved one, a friend or family member. Please make a donation on Just Giving to receive your perfect Christmas gift.

Engage with others, get creative and help a charity in the process! In Covid-19 times, running marathons and coffee mornings have turned into donating your morning commute or doing that 10k round your garden instead, but all of it still gets you up and about and helps the cause.
If you're passionate about our mission and believe that safe, healthy and happy relationships are key to people's mental wellbeing, why not start your own fundraiser and select us as your charity?
If you're regularly buying things online, you could help us without spending an penny extra!
If you use Amazon, you can sign up to Amazon Smile and select us as your chosen charity. This means every time you make a purchase on Amazon, we get a small percentage at no extra cost to you, thanks Amazon!
If you're shopping online at places like Argos or Boots, booking things via Trainline or ordering things for loved ones on Etsy or Moonpig, similarly to Amazon Smile, we get a small percentage at no extra cost to you. All you need to do is sign up to Give as you Live here and select us as your chosen charity.
Many companies work actively with local charities to support their missions and we'd love to link up with more likeminded organisations.
If you run a company or organisation, or work for one that may be interested in our work, we can work together to support your organisation and people who need it most. Perhaps you're looking for a new charity of the year? Or need some additional wellbeing support for your team? Whatever it is, you can learn more below and get in touch by clicking the button!

Use our Services
Some of our services that you can book in for directly such as Counselling or Sex Therapy work on a sliding scale of payments, which means people only pay what they can afford based on their income. It costs us a certain amount to deliver the session, but any additional amount is redistributed to support people who can't afford to pay as much. This means by helping yourself, or your relationship, you'll actually be supporting someone else down the line too!
Spread the word
We're very active on social media, regularly post blogs on here and have launched a quarterly newsletter which includes our latest updates, opportunities and advice and guidance on all things relationships. By following us on social media, sharing our posts or signing up to learning more about us, you're helping to raise awareness of our mission and importantly, spreading the word so the people who may need us know we're here.
Finally, a big thank you for checking out how you can support us. It's thanks to people like you, who want to do that little bit extra, which means we can keep delivering vital services through difficult times.
