We are asking all candidates to complete a small task alongside the usual application form.
Please ensure you complete the correct task and just attach within your application email as well as the application form.

If you are successful in gaining an interview with us, we’ll send you the questions we plan to ask a week in advance. This gives you time to prepare and enables us all to make the best of the interview, instead of it just being a test for your memory and nerve!
We would like you to submit an Instagram grid mock-up, of 9 posts (3x3 grid). This should be themed around advertising ticket sales to an event. The event theme is of your choosing, and we don't mind whether or not it relates to TLC services. The length of the written content on each of these 9 posts is your choice and can be presented alongside the image or in a separate document.
