Our goal is to provide a quality Family Mediation service in a timely manner.

No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience others who wish to attend Mediation. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.

 

Appointment Cancellation

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available. Please call 0161 872 1100 (option 2) as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

If you are unable to speak with a member of our team at that time please leave a voicemail and send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. confirming that you wish to cancel your appointment.

Advanced notice will allow someone else to access that appointment time.

 

Late Cancellations/No-Shows

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when an appointment is missed without cancelling.

In either case the £30 deposit for a Mediation Information and Assessment Meeting is non-refundable. Similarly, in either case £50 of the amount paid for a joint session is non-refundable.

We will do our very best to reschedule your appointment for another time that is convenient to you.

 

Other Conditions

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment it is unlikely that the appointment will be able to go ahead. In this case the above cancellation fees will apply.

In the event of an unavoidable emergency all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to a further appointment.

If you are due to attend a joint appointment and the other party either does a late cancellation or no-show whilst you attend on time you will receive a full refund.
