Supporting Guinness Partnership residents with their mental and emotional wellbeing
Support, with no geographical boundaries.
We have been funded by The Guinness Partnership to provide free mental wellbeing sessions to their residents which will allow them to talk about their emotions and wellbeing at this challenging time. Those who get in touch have access to professional support and are provided with tools and techniques to support themselves.
Having good mental wellbeing is about being able to cope with life’s ups and downs and protect yourself from the negative impacts of stressful or difficult situations. It also helps you to realise your own potential and aspirations, building your confidence and helping you take control of what’s going on in your life.
This service offers 5 free 30 minute sessions which would allow you to:
- Talk about what you’re going through
- Gain tools and strategies for managing your mental wellbeing
- Be and supported to find your own solutions
Due to Covid-19, it’s normal for feelings to be particularly heightened and all the usual worries and stresses can get on top of us and this will look different for everyone. However, if you have some support in place you can stop judging yourself, care for yourself and see your value beyond the current circumstances.
Thanks for our new digital delivery, we are now able to support people across the UK.
This means that if you are a Guinness customer you can refer yourself, or if you are a staff member you can refer one of your customers from anywhere in the UK. The support is available for individuals or couples aged 18 and over.
If you’re interested in accessing this service, you can fill in a form on the Guinness Partnership website by clicking below.
