The counselling we provide is confidential.
We deliver in a range of community locations, over the telephone and online.
Because of the counselling, I now know that the best thing for me to do is live, and be proud of the person I am.

  • Work related stress or issues with relationships at work
  • Trauma such as domestic abuse, grief and loss and overcoming difficult situations
  • Issues around identity such as coming out, acceptance of sexuality and confidence
  • Facing discrimination based on sex, gender, race, religion or sexuality

If you are finding things difficult and need someone to talk to – don’t hesitate to contact us.

Any customer, aged 18+ of the housing providers we work with, can attend counselling.

We have significant experience in working with domestic abuse.

If we believe there is domestic abuse, we won’t turn you away, we will work with you to identify the best service for your situation.
