Collaboration announcement — Relationship Works

TLC welcome Relationship Works (formerly Relate Avon) as a new subsidiary.

We’re delighted to announce that on 16 December, Relationship Works (formerly Relate Avon) merged to become a subsidiary of TLC.

By joining with TLC, Relationship Works will protect the specialist, face-to-face relationship support that over 100,000 people across Bristol and Bath have relied on for more than 80 years.

Relationship Works will still offer the same specialist counselling, with the same trusted team, but with the backing of TLC – to guarantee what matters most to their communities and opening opportunities with the additional expertise and resources to grow.

This will allow them to protect face-to-face appointments alongside online, maintain their sliding-scale fees so they can support more people regardless of their finances, and continue making decisions based on local needs.

The merger will have no impact on current customers and clients of Relationship Works with appointments continuing as usual.
