Legal Aid

If you qualify:
All appointments will be free of charge.

If your ex-partner qualifies:
Your initial assessment meeting will be free of charge.
A first joint session for you and your ex-partner will be free of charge.

 

Government Voucher

Available to anyone (regardless of income) wishing to discuss children during mediation. 

You will receive £500 towards joint sessions of mediation. This is not applicable to Mediation Information and Assessment Meetings.

This is applied for by TLC on your behalf once you have given written consent by email.

This is per family, so if you and your ex-partner are both private clients, the amount is shared between you.

 

Please note additional evidence of income may be required.

 

Private Fees (inc VAT)

Breakdown as follows:

Mediation Information and Assessment Meeting (MIAM) £119pp up to 1 hour(£30 non-refundable deposit)

Joint Session £198pp for 1.5 hours (£50 non-refundable deposit)

Child Inclusive Mediation Session £75 per parent or guardian up to 1 hour

Memorandum of Understanding £132pp
