Starting Pride season in Trafford
We kicked off our Pride season at Trafford Pride, where we met some amazing people and had plenty of lovely conversations, alongside the inevitable rainy Manchester weather! This year, we were able to talk about TLC and both of our subsidiaries, helping more people discover the different types of relationship support, counselling and therapy available across the TLC Group.
Taking TLC to Stockport
Next up was Stockport Pride, where the rain decided to follow us! Our orange and blue stall was positioned in the bustling market hall, giving us the perfect opportunity to meet people throughout the day. We talked about the range of support available through TLC, including Family Mediation, Domestic Abuse Prevention Services and our partnership with the Stockport Support Hub.
Bringing Relationship Works to Bristol and Bath
This year also saw Relationship Works attend Bristol and Bath Pride for the first time, marking an exciting step for the TLC Group as we reached out to new local communities. Thankfully, the sunshine came out for both events! People stopped by our stall to find out more about the new kid on the block, have a chat and discover more about the relationship support available through Relationship Works. It was brilliant to see so many people taking the time to talk, ask questions and get to know us.
Finishing Pride season at Manchester Village Pride
And finally, we brought our 2026 Pride season home to Manchester Village Pride. There really is ‘no place like home’ (yes, we were clicking our heels together too!) We were proud to march through the streets of Manchester alongside the community, celebrating Pride and everything it represents. We’re proud to be allies to the LGBTQ+ community and to stand alongside people in creating safe, healthy and happy relationships for everyone. Being present at Pride gives us the opportunity to listen, build connections and make sure people know that support is available when they need it.
