On 1st October 2025, The Family and Relationship Centre will join the TLC Group. 

 

TLC: Talk, Listen, Change is a national relationships charity. We formed in 2017 following disaffiliation from the national Relate Federation.

Our vision is of a society where everyone is surrounded by a circle of safe, healthy, happy relationships in all areas of their lives. Delivering therapeutic wellbeing services, family mediation, and domestic abuse support across the country.

For those using The Family and Relationship Centre services: 

We are keen to emphasise that those receiving support will still receive the same high-quality counselling and mediation services as before. The website and phone lines will remain the same. Informing you if anything should need to change.

Times were becoming increasingly challenging for charities, including The Family and Relationships Centre. To safeguard the future of services, after carefully considering a range of options, the stability that comes from being part of a larger, well-established charity was favoured.
