Vision

Our vision is a future where high-quality relationships, in all their forms, are recognised as central to a thriving society.

Mission

Our mission is to develop and support healthy couple, family and societal relationships by:

  • Championing the importance of relationships so that they are recognised and valued in all aspects of public policy and across national and local government.
  • Helping the media, politicians, policy makers and public service providers to understand the importance of relationships in shaping outcomes for communities.
  • Generating and disseminating high-quality evidence, insight and research on the importance of relationships, the impact of support, and the conditions to help relationships to thrive.
  • Developing the capacity of the relationship support sector to meet the growing and changing need for relationships support, so that more relationships are supported in more ways.
  • Promoting inclusive and equitable approaches to relationship support that recognise the impact of poverty, racism, discrimination and unequal access to services.

Focus

Our focus is to influence public policy and practice so that relationships are better understood, valued and supported.

Our campaign work

Healthy relationships aren’t ‘nice to have’, they’re vital to our survival.
