Attend a mediation information assessment meeting (MIAM)This is an opportunity to discuss your situation with a mediator and decide on the next steps for you and your family.

Step 3 |
Attend joint mediation sessionsMost people attend two to four sessions. Between sessions you may want to consider options, trial arrangements, and get legal advice.

Step 4 |
Confirm arrangementsYour mediator will summarise any proposals that you’ve put forward and intend to fulfil.
