Our impact

View our 2024/25 Annual Report and impact reports from previous years.

We’ve launched a range of innovative programmes this year in response to the ever-growing need for relationship support.

We’ve also continued to pour resources into our longstanding and successful programmes that have already made a huge difference in
people’s lives.

We remain a leading provider of domestic abuse support, and our interventions have been proven to reduce recidivism and help people make healthy relationship choices. We are also running an increasing number of early intervention programmes supporting people to end harmful relationship behaviours before they escalate. Many of the people we work with are in particularly vulnerable circumstances.

Some have experienced domestic abuse and need space to recover and rebuild their lives with professional help. Others need mental health support and can’t pay for private sessions or suffer years-long waiting lists.

In 2024/25, we’ve also provided counselling sessions and emotional wellbeing support for housing association customers. We’ve delivered psychosexual therapy to women who’ve experienced cancer and are coping with self-image issues. We’ve worked with young people in alternative provision who’ve experienced complex and turbulent lives.
