Paige manages the Marketing & Communications of the organisation. She works to develop strategies which cover all areas including; digital marketing, copywriting, advertising, agency management, partnership acquisition, design, internal comms, events, PR and Media opportunities.
Victoria runs our Family Mediation service, through which separated or separating couples can make arrangements for their children and finances.

Nafeesa has a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy and built her career working with elderly and adults living with Mental Health issues.
STRIVE Project Development Manager
Sharon is our STRIVE Project Development Manager. A few years ago, Sharon began her role as a part-time member of staff, recruited and trained all volunteers and built relevant networks.
STRIVE Volunteer Coordinator
Nikki origionally joined TLC through the STRIVE project as one of the first volunteers in 2015. Finding a passion for the project, she worked her way up in the volunteer structure and was employed as the STRIVE Officer in May 2017.

Emily is our Head of Development and is responsible for bidding strategy, obtaining funding, managing contracts and oversees the development aspects of the charity.
Lead Supervisor & Relationship Counsellor
She shifted her career in 2008 and has worked within Counselling ever since. She holds an MA in Relationship Therapy, a Diploma in supervision and Certificates in both Sex Therapy and Young People’s Counselling. Polly is a Supervisor of TLC Counsellors, alongside working with individuals, couples, families and young people. She has also developed our strong Cancer Counselling links to provide support across Greater Manchester.

After an undergraduate in psychology and a masters in social research and evaluation, Indhu qualified with a doctorate in clinical psychologist. Following this, she developed her career in children’s mental health and early intervention.
