Carter is our Head of Counselling (Clinical) and is responsible for overseeing the structure and strategic approaches of our counselling services from a clinical perspective. Carter has 38 years experience in the sector and is qualified to Masters level in Counselling and Couples therapy, with a PGDip in Family Therapy and a Certificate in Clinical Supervision.

Paige manages the Marketing & Communications of the organisation. She works to develop strategies which cover all areas including; digital marketing, copywriting, advertising, agency management, partnership acquisition, design, internal comms, events, PR and Media opportunities.

Sharon is our STRIVE Project Development Manager. A few years ago, Sharon began her role as a part-time member of staff, recruited and trained all volunteers and built relevant networks.

Nikki origionally joined TLC through the STRIVE project as one of the first volunteers in 2015. Finding a passion for the project, she worked her way up in the volunteer structure and was employed as the STRIVE Officer in May 2017.
