Our trustees are responsible for the financial and strategic direction of TLC: Talk, Listen, Change and are voting members of the charity’s governing body.
Maggie is a management consultant who delivers leadership development programmes in the housing and health sectors. She has worked at Director level in both Housing Associations and Local Authorities, and has experience of governance in a range of settings.
Keith is a retired General Manager with in-depth business, operations and major change programmes experience, gained working within major public and private sector organisations. Keith is also involved with other Charities, serving as a Trustee with Independent Options (North West) and as a Caseworker with SSAFA Forces Help.
Ged is the Executive Director of Valette’s Business School Manchester and has established five successful businesses. Ged’s consultancy assignments have included projects with many corporates and the British Council. In recent years, his work has taken him to many countries, worldwide.
Barbara is a partner in the chartered accountancy firm Topping Partnership situated in Salford Quays.
Chris retired from PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was a director in their Management Consulting group. He has worked extensively in Industry and the public sector, focusing on how IT can be used to meet business objectives and the management of large change programmes.
John has his own consultancy business and is also involved in the charity sector, having been president of a community charity. John is a recognised mentor and consultant. He believes in giving back to the community, which is his motivation for being on the board of TLC: Talk, Listen, Change.
Rosemary is an experienced trainer and lecturer in social and developmental psychology. She currently works as a psychotherapist and is lead family systemic psychotherapist in a specialist child and adolescent mental health team.
