We’re always looking for people to help out and join our team.

We’re grateful for the generosity of our volunteers. With your help, we’re able to ensure our support is extended to everyone that needs it.

There are numerous departments you can choose to volunteer in depending on what you’d like to achieve with your time spent with us. Full training is provided, including safeguarding if you’ll work with vulnerable people.

Additionally, you’ll get a one-to-one supervision every 6-8 weeks to check on your progression, and up-to-date DBS checks while you’re with us.

Meet our Volunteer Project Manager

Hello, my name is Laura, I have worked for TLC: Talk, Listen, Change for over 3 years working with a variety of volunteers. I enjoy supporting growth, managing change and providing opportunities for others in order for them to reach their full potential. This gives me a great sense of achievement. During my volunteering time I have gained experience and knowledge which developed me as a person and also knowing that I was able to help others to make a change to their lives. I took great pleasure in watching these changes happen. Volunteering can open doors for many people and it can lead to future achievements. If you would like any more information to become a volunteer, please contact me.
