With awareness about mental health and its impact on the rise, additional support for people in their workplace is becoming more common.
We work with thousands of people every year who are going through difficult times and are dealing with stress and/or anxiety. Additionally, most people will have life experiences or issues which require a little more support at some point in their life.
As a relationships charity, we also know that your employees will have many relationships in their life, which can sometimes be complex and difficult to talk about in work. Your staff, like everyone, will experience changes in their relationships at some point.
When this happens, it impacts mental wellbeing, but can also impact on workplace culture, relationships between colleagues and the work itself. Employers are often not prepared to support their staff through these relationship issues or concerns over mental wellbeing – work and life are often separated.
When workplaces want to make steps to improve their employee’s wellbeing, we’re here to not only provide mental health support, but to help employers understand their team’s personal life challenges and how to promote a culture which can help them through this.

What do you do?
We offer packages to employees, tailored to their individual needs. Some things we offer include:
This provides employees with a safe and non-judgemental space to talk about any issues they are facing and think about ways to approach them.
This can be offered to just your employees, or some businesses choose to include couples and family counselling in this. The support can be offered at one of our centres or in some cases, placing a Counsellor within the business’s office.
Group Workshops & Seminars
Sessions by experienced practitioners which help your employees think differently, improve their lives in and outside work and encourage employees to build better relationships with one another.
