Terms & Conditions - Yorkshire 3 Peaks

Yorkshire 3 Peaks

• For this Challenge we require a registration fee of £45 (non-refundable) which must be paid at the point of registration to secure your place.

• In addition, you must pledge to raise a minimum of £203 in sponsorship money for TLC, to be received by the 1st April 2025. The objective is to raise as much sponsorship as possible.

• If you are unable to meet the minimum sponsorship requirement, you have two options: to forfeit your place on the Challenge or to make up the balance yourself. Should you, for whatever reason, not take your place, all sponsorship forms and monies collected should be forwarded to TLC or returned to your sponsors.

• You must be at least 16 years old on the date of the event. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by their parent/guardian throughout the walk.

• Entry for this Challenge is at TLC’s discretion, and we reserve the right to refuse entry to any participant, at any time, if we consider that such participation is inappropriate.

• Any independent travel arrangements that you make are at your own risk and own cost.

• You must comply with the Large Outdoor Guides’ instructions, at all times.

• Any complaints should be communicated to the TLC representative on the challenge, or, if that is not possible, then in writing to the TLC office as soon as possible after the event.

• We do not sell or swap your details with any third parties, but in order to manage this Challenge Event we may need to share your details with Large Outdoors.

• We will keep your details on our database and will use these to contact you regarding this Challenge.

• TLC would also like to contact you via our mailing list, about our future fundraising, campaigning and services. If you would prefer us not to use your details in this way please email us on [email protected].
