Individual Counselling
Space for just you, to talk about what you're going through
Support for Guinness customers across England.
We believe that sometimes, sharing your thoughts and being heard by somebody neutral is a great way to process what you’re experiencing.
This service does just that, providing people who get in touch with professional support and tools and techniques to help them support themselves.
Once someone is referred, by themselves or a staff member at The Guinness Partnership, we get in touch with them to offer 5 free 30 minute sessions.
Those we work with are supported to cope with life’s ups and downs and protect themselves from the negative impact of stressful or difficult situations. We help them to realise their potential and aspirations, build their confidence and take control of what’s going on in their life.
In the sessions we specifically:
The sessions gave me perspective, and made me realise I'm not alone or as bad as I think I am. You helped me see things differently - talking to someone I didn't know was more comfortable and a relief. I now have a sense of greater wellbeing and am feeling so different – so much betterGuinness Customer
This service is an opportunity for Guinness customers:
Mental resilience is about being able to cope with life’s ups and downs and protect yourself from
the negative impacts of stressful or difficult situations.
Feelings may be particularly heightened at the present time due to Coronavirus and all the
associated worries and stresses, which manifest themselves differently for each individual.
The support is available for individuals or couples aged 18 and over.
Thanks to our new digital delivery, we are now able to support people across the UK. This means that if you are a Guinness customer you can refer yourself, or if you are a staff member you can refer one of your customers from anywhere in the UK.
