What do we offer?

Relationship counselling can help you and your partner(s) break through difficulties in communication, discuss parenting, work through a loss of trust, and work through the effects of changes like children leaving home, bereavement, or redundancy.

Sex therapy is for those having difficulties in their sex life. A sex therapy course could contain individual sessions and sessions you attend with your partner(s). It can help you work through a specific sexual issue such as erectile dysfunction, painful sex, loss of desire, or body image issues related to sex.

Individual counselling is designed for those who wish to talk through their issues with a qualified professional and better understand their situation. Our counsellors can help with issues such as anxiety, depression, physical or mental illness, loss, and identity.

“I am a million miles away from where I used to be in my relationship.  Our counsellor got us to talk about things that we couldn’t talk about.  Our communication has improved tenfold and we can now have conversations with each other about topics we previously didn’t speak about.”
