Your data will be stored on our secure case management system for the duration you are working with the TLC: Talk Listen Change. This case management system is accredited and holds ISO27001:2013 security certification and Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation.
Your data will be retained for a period of seven years from the date of your case closing. Unless there is a specific exception in law. This would be indicated on the respective service specific privacy notice.
