From time-to-time we rely on volunteers to help us achieve our mission.

We’re grateful for the generosity of our volunteers. With your help, we’re able to ensure our support is extended to everyone that needs it.

Full training is provided. And for some roles this will also include a one-to-one supervision every 6-8 weeks to check on your progression, and safeguarding training if you’ll work with vulnerable people.

Additionally, you’ll get an up-to-date DBS checks while you’re with us.

We are looking for an Community Ambassador to work across TLC: Talk, Listen, Change
Role Profile
Key Responsibilities:

Representing and raising awareness of TLC and our services and our areas of work
Giving presentations/talks at events
Networking and building relationships in the local community
Inspire people to support TLC by promoting planned fundraising initiatives and activities
Making conversation with members of the public as appropriate, and answering questions about the charity
Research community and social groups online in allocated areas, this may include Rotary Clubs, School Assemblies, Scouts, Sports Clubs, etc.
